Better Tools customers who have ordered online or via phone
You will need to create a new account on the new website. Doing so will link your web account your total Better Tools account history, which will allow you to review your account via the new website’s customer portal functionality.
You’ll need to provide the following information when you set up your new Better Tools website account:
- Your Better Tools customer number (found at the top of your invoice)
- The zip code associated with your account
- The email address associated with your account
