What if there is a problem with my order?


If there's a problem with your order, the first thing to do is call the distributor where the purchase was made. The distributor will work with you to refund or replace the product per the Better Tools warranty.


How to Make a Return or Exchange:

If you purchased your order from Better Tools directly, returns and exchanges begin with a call to our office. Contact our office at 800-798-6657 for information about warranty coverage for your specific product and to arrange for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, which you should write on the shipping label (not on the box, please).


After Better Tools receives item(s):

After Better Tools receives returned item(s) from buyer, refund or exchange may take up to 5 business days to process.
