With over 30 years in the tile and stone industry, James began his career in sales. His role expanded from calling on architects and commercial projects to working with local and national home builders, design centers, and production installers.
His experience managing dealer and distributor accounts for several major manufacturers including Roca Tile, Interceramic, Emser Tile, Porcelanosa & Schluter Systems provides James with a vast understanding of the hard surfaces industry. From natural stone slab sales to working with fabricators, James has managed small tile stores and large distribution centers.
James has experienced every aspect of the stone and tile industry, which is a great benefit to Better Tools distributors and customers. This level of experience from manufacturers, distributors, sales, and installation helps James provide information necessary to make decisions that will help ensure successful projects and continued growth in customers’ business.
